One of the forums i go on had a wee bit of info to tell you how to get Rag Doll Kung Fu for free on the PS3, so i thought i would share that here.

Create yourself a new profile, name it whatever you like.

Go to login to the PS3 Store as normal, but it will need some info as its a new profile.

When prompted make sure you select the country as United States.

Follow through the process for signing up a new account, using United States as your country, and some American zip code such as 90210.  Email address doesnt matter, just make up some crap.

Once you’re done with all that, and are looking at the US store, you should see Rag Doll Kung Fu there for free download for the next few days :)

Just tested this with my housemate on his PS3, and it works a treat :)
